You describe your project in a Telegram message. You get a teammate and a plan. Then you launch, and the teammate keeps working.

Tell us about your thing.
Open launchd in Telegram and describe your project in your own words. A sentence is enough to start. It will ask a few questions back — who it is for, what you want to happen first — and you answer them the way you would answer a friend.
Meet your teammate.
Your project gets its own Telegram bot with a name, a voice and a plan for your first weeks. You can rename it, change how it sounds, and cut anything in the plan you do not agree with. Nothing is public until you say so.
Launch, together.
Go live. Your teammate helps you announce it, welcome the first people and keep things moving every day after. You will get a message each morning with what it thinks matters today.
So is it really one message?
One message starts it. What follows is a short conversation — it asks a few things back, you answer them however you like, and you read the plan before anyone else sees it. Call it ten minutes, not ten seconds. We would rather say that here than have you find out after.
What happens, and when
The first hour
You describe your project, your teammate gets a name and a voice, and you see the first draft of a launch plan. Nothing is live yet. You can change all of it.
The first day
Your project’s bot exists. You invite the first few people you already know. Your teammate welcomes them and starts answering questions.
The first week
You announce it properly. Your teammate posts, answers, and tells you each morning what it thinks you should do next.
After that
The boring, constant work keeps happening whether or not you have a good week. That is the whole point.
